Job summary

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Member in Glasgow to join a friendly team and deliver essential services in-store. The role includes working 6pm–10pm with weekend flexibility, supporting the bakery, post office, or online order pickups, and providing a helpful customer experience.

Full, paid training is provided and you must be at least 18 years old. This part-time role involves stock checks, till duties, and creating a welcoming shopping environment for the local community, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Must be aged 18+ to apply
• Flexibility to work across a number of shifts and weekends
• Interest in retail and busy store environment (experience not essential)

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, helpful service and assist with daily store operations
• Work with the team to keep the store running smoothly
• Assist on the shop floor, tills, and in-store bakery, supporting daily operations
• Help maintain shelves, check prices and stock accuracy
• Ensure the store remains safe and compliant with relevant prices and dates
• Promote Co-op Membership and support the local community
