Job summary

Co-op is looking for a Customer Team Member to join our store. You’ll work on the shop floor and tills, helping keep shelves stocked and delivering friendly service in a fast-moving environment.

You’ll join a community-focused team with full training, generous holiday entitlement, staff discounts, and a pension plan. Shifts include evenings and at least one weekend, with 10 hours per week and overtime opportunities.

• Flexibility to work across a number of shifts and as part of a team.
• Experience not essential; enthusiasm for delivering great customer service encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service, helping to put things right when needed.
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Assist on the shop floor and tills and contribute to daily operations for a great shopping experience.
• Maintain store stock and check prices, dates and stock accuracy.
• Keep the store safe and compliant with prices, dates and temperatures.
