The Co-operative Group in Crewe is hiring for a Customer Team Member to join our local Co-op store. This part-time role involves opening shifts, early mornings, weekends, and some overtime, with full paid training provided.

You’ll work on the shop floor, tills, bakery, or online order pick-pack duties, serving customers and supporting community initiatives. You must be 18+ and able to work across a variety of shifts.

Formación

• Genuine passion for helping people and delivering great service.
• Able to work flexibly across shifts and as part of a team.
• Interest in retail and busy store environment (experience not essential).

Responsabilidades

• Support the day-to-day running of the store by delivering friendly and thoughtful service, helping to put things right when needed
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly
• Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, and in our in-store bakery, and contribute to daily operations to create a great shopping experience
• Help maintain store performance by keeping shelves stocked and checking prices, dates, and stock accuracy
• Make sure the store is safe and compliant – keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates and temperatures are correct
• Promote Co-op Membership and support your local community
