Job summary

Co-op Group is hiring Customer Team Members for our Dunstable store. You'll work part-time, 16 hours per week with regular overtime, on shifts including 1 weekend and a daily 1.30pm-10pm pattern, training provided.

You'll join a friendly team delivering essential services to the community, from serving on the shop floor and tills to supporting post office, bakery, or online orders, with opportunities to promote Co-op Membership and participate in local initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible across shifts and weekends.
• Interest in retail and busy store environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service on the shop floor and tills.
• Keep store running smoothly with your team.
• Assist with stock, pricing, and stock accuracy.
• Support post office, bakery, or online order duties where needed.
• Promote Co-op Membership and help the community.
