Job summary

Co-op Group in Wirral is hiring Customer Team Members to join a busy local store. You’ll deliver friendly, helpful service on the shop floor and tills, with shifts including weekends and mid-afternoon to late evenings.

Full paid training is provided and there’s the opportunity to earn overtime on top of the part-time contract. You’ll help stock shelves, check prices and dates, promote Co-op Membership, and support the community partnerships that make Co-op unique.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.
• Ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team.
• Interest in retail and working in a busy store environment (experience not essential).

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service while helping to keep the store running smoothly.
• Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills to create a great shopping experience.
• Keep shelves stocked, check prices and stock accuracy.
• Promote Co-op Membership and support the local community.
• Help ensure store safety and legality (prices, dates, temps).
