Job summary

Loom Talent is hiring a PM Warehouse Operations Manager in Ashby-de-la-Zouch to lead the afternoon/evening shift and ensure service, accuracy and customer standards are met. You will manage operational teams, drive accountability and implement continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced 3PL setting.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong people management and the ability to deliver on KPIs while coordinating with transport and broader supply chain functions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior warehouse management roles within fast-paced environments.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with large teams.
• Experience driving KPIs, productivity and customer service performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PM warehouse operation to meet service, productivity and quality targets.
• Coach and develop warehouse leadership teams and operational colleagues.
• Foster accountability, engagement and continuous improvement across the shift.
• Monitor KPI performance and implement initiatives to boost operations.
• Plan labour and allocate resources to maximise efficiency.
• Maintain Health & Safety, compliance and housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate with transport and wider logistics teams for smooth flow.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure SLAs are achieved.
• Drive warehouse improvement projects to enhance productivity and accuracy.
