Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to support the Inbound team at QVC UK, with occasional Returns duties. The role is onsite at Knowsley, Monday to Friday, 11:00-23:00, 37.5 hours per week, temporary until 31 March 2027, paying £13.00 per hour.

You will unload deliveries, operate multiple warehouse trucks, move stock, and assist with returns processing. Data entry and accuracy are essential, with training provided for MHE equipment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial.
• Basic PC skills including data entry.
• Eye for detail and accuracy.
• Able to handle goods up to 25KG.
• Willing to work at heights up to 30 feet.
• Flexibility to support Returns team.
• Learn quickly and meet deadlines.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Unload goods from deliveries and containers up to 25KG.
• Operate warehouse trucks to move and locate products and maximise storage space.
• Move stock safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Flex into the Returns team to process customer returns and refunds.
• Use computer systems to complete data entry and navigate between screens.
• Consolidate returned products with care and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team to meet operational deadlines.
