Job summary

QVC Group UK is hiring a Warehouse Team Member to support the Inbound team and occasionally the Returns team at Knowsley, with on-site work and flexible hours. The role involves unloading deliveries, operating warehouse trucks, and accurate data entry to ensure stock availability and timely processing of returns.

Candidates should have warehouse experience or willingness to learn, basic PC skills, and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial.
• Basic PC skills for data entry and navigation between screens.
• Eye for detail and accuracy; safe handling of goods.

Responsibilities

• Unload goods from deliveries and containers up to 25KG.
• Operate warehouse trucks to move and store stock, including heights up to 30 ft.
• Move stock safely through the warehouse and maximise storage space.
• Flex into the Returns team to process customer returns and refunds.
• Use computer systems to enter data and navigate between screens; ensure accuracy.
