QVC Group UK is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to support the Inbound team, receiving, moving and storing stock safely, with occasional work in Returns.

This onsite role at Knowsley runs 22.5+15 hours per week, Mon-Sat 11:00-23:00, with 2 weeks' notice of hours; temporary until 31 March 2027.

Applicants must be 18+, full MHE training provided, and be ready to operate at heights and handle up to 25kg.

Formación

• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial, particularly within an inbound or goods-in environment.
• Basic PC skills, including data entry and navigating between different screens.
• An eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• The ability to handle goods efficiently and safely, including items weighing up to 25KG.
• A willingness to work at heights of up to 30 feet where required.
• Flexibility to support the Returns team when business needs require.
• The ability to learn quickly and work to deadlines.
• Energy, motivation and a positive approach to teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Unload goods from deliveries and containers, handling items weighing up to 25KG.
• Operate multiple warehouse trucks to move and locate received products and maximise available storage space, including working at heights of up to 30 feet.
• Move stock safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Flex into the Returns team as and when required to process customer returns and refunds accurately.
• Use computer systems to complete data entry and navigate between different screens.
• Consolidate returned products and ensure goods are handled with care and accuracy.
• Work collaboratively to meet operational deadlines and provide a quality service to our customers.
