NWCare is recruiting Home Care Assistants in Cityside, Derry/Londonderry for evening rotas from 19:00 to 23:00. We offer flexible working hours, full bespoke training, and paid shadowing to help you settle into our community care team.

Full driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred; Enhanced AccessNI is required. Benefits include mileage paid, annual pro rata leave, and continuous professional development through online learning and QCF qualifications.

• No qualifications or experience are necessary as full bespoke training will be provided.
• QCF Levels 2, 3 and 5 are preferred qualifications for progression.

Due to expansion of service, NWCare are now recruiting home care assistants in Cityside, Derry/Londonderry for evening rotas.

Evenings - 19:00 - 23:00

We work off a 4/3 rota pattern, as follows: -

Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday

Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

No qualifications or experience are necessary as full bespoke training will be provided

• Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
• Able to promote and deliver person centered care
• Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care
• Be well organised/professional/caring
• Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care
• Care about the community they live in
