Job summary

Nobu Hotel London Portman Square is seeking an Evening Room Attendant to maintain serene, luxurious guest rooms during the evening shift, from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, five days a week.

You will prepare and refresh rooms to Nobu’s exacting standards, respond promptly to guest requests, record guest preferences, and support teammates while upholding safety and the Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong eye for detail and pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Proactive attitude with ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and refresh guest rooms to the highest standards during evening service
• Ensure rooms meet Nobu’s exacting requirements before sign-off
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests
• Record and communicate guest preferences for personalised experiences
• Report maintenance issues quickly and accurately
• Maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment with care and efficiency
• Support and mentor new team members, fostering collaboration and excellence
• Attend team briefings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
• Demonstrate a proactive, positive approach to work and guest care
• Uphold safety procedures and statutory standards at all times
• Act as an ambassador for Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro

As an Evening Room Attendant at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, you’ll play a vital role in creating a serene and luxurious environment for our guests during the evening hours. Working from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm ,5 days a week, you’ll ensure every room is prepared to perfection, every detail reflects Nobu’s crafted approach, and every guest feels truly cared for.
