Essex Cares is seeking a community care assistant to support clients at home in a reablement capacity. You will help with personal care, mobility, and meal preparation, travelling between clients in South Essex with a mentor initially to build confidence.

The role requires a full driving licence, an enhanced DBS, and right to work in the UK without sponsorship. Shifts are weekday evenings and weekends, with paid induction and training provided.
