Job summary

Essex Cares is recruiting care assistants for home-based support across South Essex. You will help customers relearn personal care, mobility, and meal preparation, traveling between visits and working early or late shifts including every other weekend.

You will shadow a mentor and must have a full driving licence with your own car. Visa sponsorship cannot be provided, and a DBS check is required. Company benefits include training and progression opportunities.

• Help customers relearn personal care skills
• Support customers with mobility
• Help customers prepare meals
• Support customers to regain independence and live at home
• Travel between visits across South Essex
• Work early or late shifts, including every other weekend
• Shadow a mentor on customer visits until confident
