Zusammenfassung

Essex Cares is recruiting a Care Assistant to join a reablement service across South East England. You will help clients relearn daily living tasks, travel between visits by car, and work under a mentor to build confidence. Shifts include weekday evenings and weekend work, supporting customers to stay independently in their own homes.

No prior experience required; full training is provided and there are 30-hour contracts available. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifikationen

• Full driving licence.
• Access to your own car with business insurance.
• Right to work in the UK without needing visa sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Assist customers with reablement to relearn daily living skills.
• Support customers to regain independence in their own homes.
• Travel between customers’ homes across Billericay and surrounding area.
• Work with a mentor until confident in the role.
• Attend weekday evening shifts (3.00pm–11.00pm) and weekend shifts.
