The Position of Production Operative incorporates several tasks defined by the area’s operational flow. A production operative is expected to be capable of performing all location‑based activities once training has been completed. You as a Production Operative will work as part of a team in a fast‑moving consumer goods production environment, known as the Packing Centre, carrying out duties as directed by the leadership team. The role requires following all site processes, procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to support the delivery of organisational values, behaviours and objectives, while maintaining full compliance with safety and quality standards.
