Job summary

The AA in Oldbury is hiring for a Part Time Customer Service Advisor on a 12-month FTC basis. You will handle around 100 calls per day in a fast-paced environment, guiding customers through their breakdown journey and coordinating with patrols and suppliers.

A thorough 3-week training period is provided to build confidence and service quality. We seek warm, composed communicators who can stay patient with distressed customers and retain high call information across multiple IT systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume contact centre environments.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to manage multiple IT systems efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in a high-volume contact centre via telephone throughout their breakdown journey.
• Show customers that they are valued by understanding their situation and keeping conversations constructive.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers to deliver excellent service.
• Use problem-solving and clear communication to provide the best customer service.
• Maintain composure and provide safety advice while supporting customers.
