Job summary

The AA in Oldbury is seeking a Part Time Customer Service Advisor to support our roadside services. You will handle around 100 calls daily, guiding customers through their breakdown journey with empathy and clear communication.

A three-week training period precedes live calls, and the role transitions to a hybrid model after probation. We value your resilience, ability to stay calm under pressure, and commitment to exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls in breakdown journey.

• Maintain composure and provide safety advice when needed.
