Job summary

Mount Charles Group is seeking a Cleaning Operative to join the team at Newbridge Integrated College, Banbridge. The role supports a world-leading facilities management provider with a focus on customer service and high cleaning standards.

The successful candidate will perform general cleaning across offices and amenities, follow safety regulations, and participate in a 15-hour weekly schedule from Mon–Fri, 3:30pm–6:30pm, in a supportive, family-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ/SVQ Level One in Cleaning Building Interiors is advantageous.
• Basic statutory training related to health and safety is desirable.
• Experience in customer service is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality cleaning services to offices, meeting rooms, toilets, laboratories and amenity areas.
• Respond promptly and courteously to client requirements and maintain a professional appearance.
• Ensure stocks are replenished and equipment is checked regularly.
• Keep all areas clean and tidy and report defects to the Line Manager.
• Follow health, safety and HACCP standards as required.
