Job summary

CCH in Lincoln is seeking a compassionate, flexible care assistant to support a 54-year-old gentleman with cerebral palsy at home. You’ll help with his evening and night routine, after day centre visits, and may assist with weekend activities in the community.

Full nurse-led training is provided; no prior care experience is required, but CP, medication administration, or moving and handling experience is helpful. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• You don’t need any care experience to apply for this role, just plenty of care, compassion and resilience, as we provide full nurse-led training.
• A background in caring for clients with cerebral palsy, medication administration and specialist moving and handling would be advantageous.
• A full UK driving licence is required to be considered for this role.
