Job summary

Complete Care Amegreen, part of CCH, is hiring a compassionate complex care worker for a young, sociable gentleman in the Kettering area who has cerebral palsy and epilepsy. A daytime driving licence is essential for trips to venues and events, and you will provide personal care, PEG feeds and ventilator monitoring.

The role offers full training, DBS paid for, and clear progression within the organisation. Shifts include days, some nights, weekends and term-time patterns.

Qualifications

• Full training will be provided; complex care experience is advantageous.
• Background with PEG feeding and non-invasive ventilators enhances an application.
• Willingness to drive during daytime shifts is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and administer medications.
• Monitor hourly observations and manage PEG feeding.
• Support client with outings and day trips; assist with non-verbal communication.
• Assist with moving and handling and monitor night-time ventilator as required.
