Job summary

We are CCH, a family of 32 care companies, seeking compassionate care professionals to join our Complex Care team in Lincoln. You’ll support a 54-year-old gentleman with cerebral palsy in his home, assisting with evening and night routines and weekend community activities.

No previous care experience is required as you’ll receive full nurse-led training; a background in CP care or medication administration is advantageous, and a full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• No care experience required; nurse-led training provided.
• Background in caring for cerebral palsy, medication administration or moving and handling is advantageous.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Support with personal care, including showering.
• Assist with moving and handling.
• Prepare meals.
• Administer medication.
• Support evening and night-time routine.
• Support weekends with activities in the community.
