Greencore, a leading UK food producer, seeks a Production Supervisor for a Tuesday–Saturday night shift (18:00–02:00) in Boston. You will coordinate and supervise production line activities, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality output in line with plans and standards.

The role requires supervising staff, meeting KPIs, and maintaining hygiene and safety procedures, with opportunities for development and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Good level of English and Maths.
• Basic Health & Safety understanding.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise production line activities.
• Deploy staff to meet production targets and KPIs.
• Ensure health, safety, hygiene and food safety procedures are followed.
• Monitor quality and handle line start-up checks and changeovers.
• Maintain accurate production paperwork and system entries.
