Job summary

Greencore is seeking a Line Leader A shift PM to manage a production team on Sundays to Thursdays, 17:00–00:30, at Carr Green, Greater Manchester. The role focuses on leading output, maintaining safety, and ensuring right-first-time quality in a fast-paced chilled environment.

You will oversee deliveries, stock checks, and compliance, while coaching team members to multi-skill and improve processes. A competitive package accompanies this shift position.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering a production plan and meeting KPIs.
• Ability to motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of safety, quality and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to achieve daily production goals in a chilled environment.
• Apply initiative for problem solving and escalate where needed.
• Follow instructions, perform compliance checks and maintain accuracy.
• Receive deliveries and verify goods against notes, and log stock levels.
• Manage stock levels, ensure right first-time quality, and record discrepancies.
