Job summary

Genting Casinos UK Limited is seeking a Kitchen Team member to prepare, cook and present menu items to company standards, while following food safety and COSHH regulations. You will work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, ensuring cleanliness, proper storage, and accurate stock handling.

The role focuses on 16 hours per week, Fridays and Saturdays 5pm–1am, with responsibilities across food preparation, portion control, and adherence to company procedures.

Qualifications

• Prepare, cook and present food to company standards.
• Work cleanly, safely and hygienically at all times.
• Adhere to Health & Safety policies including COSHH and food handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present items per approved recipes.
• Ensure proper storage and rotation of goods.
• Maintain portion control and minimise wastage.
• Report faulty equipment to the duty manager.
• Complete paperwork and keep BOH areas clean.
