Genting Casinos is seeking an experienced commis chef/cook to join our kitchen team in the United Kingdom. You will assist with food preparation, uphold kitchen hygiene and help maintain high standards in our busy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a commis chef/cook
• Good team player and reliable
• Willingness to work Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance and hygiene of kitchen equipment and surfaces
• Prepare, cook and present food to company standards per recipes
• Ensure proper storage, stock rotation and adherence to HACCP principles
• Maintain accurate portion control and minimise wastage
• Assist with stocktaking and keep storerooms organised
• Follow daily/weekly cleaning schedules and health & safety policies
