Genting Casinos UK Ltd. is seeking an experienced commis chef to join the busy kitchen team. You will support food preparation and maintain HACCP standards while ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly.

The role includes night shifts from 19:00 to 00:00 over four days, predominantly on weekends, with opportunities for development and a range of employee benefits. Join a leading UK leisure brand and contribute to menu ideas, kitchen upkeep, and proper storage of crockery, cutlery, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the smooth running of the kitchen preparation areas
• Assisting in food production.
• Supporting the production of new menu ideas.
• Maintaining the kitchen work areas in accordance with HACCP regulations.
• Storing away all crockery, cutlery and glassware and handling them with great care.
• Making sure all kitchen equipment is in good working order.
• Reporting any faulty equipment to the management
• Keeping the storerooms well stocked and organised.
• Night work 19:00-00:00 over 4 days, mainly weekends
