Job summary

Vintage Cash Cow is seeking a Kitchen Facilities Cook for the late shift to prepare, cook, and serve meals for staff. You will uphold high hygiene standards, manage kitchen supplies, and ensure timely meal service in a busy environment.

The role runs 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, with a base salary of £26,250 per year plus a late shift allowance. You’ll collaborate with the facilities team to optimise menus and kitchen processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a cook in a commercial kitchen.
• Food safety certification and knowledge of hygiene regulations.
• Strong time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to established menus and dietary requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all kitchen areas.
• Monitor food inventory, manage stock levels, and place orders when needed.
