Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Cardiff is seeking a Warehouse/Stores Operative to support the Virgin Media contract. Working hours are 07:00-16:00, Monday to Friday with occasional flexibility.

You will process, pick, pack, receive goods, and manage returns using the WMS. Teamwork, initiative, and accuracy are essential for success in this role. The role offers an hourly rate up to £12.85, plus benefits and ongoing training through GXO University, alongside pension and healthcare options.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Good numerical and data interpretation skills.
• Strong communication with team and customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are processed and handled correctly throughout the warehouse.
• Picking, packing, goods receipt, checking, loading and unloading of vehicles and processing returns.
• Assigned administrative tasks.
• MHE, manual handling and using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Liaising with customers and responding to queries promptly.
