Maybourne Hotel Group’s Claridge’s in London is seeking an exceptional Housekeeping Office Coordinator (Evenings) to help run the department with precision and care.

You will manage daily operations of the Housekeeping Office, coordinating communications and acting as the liaison between Housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. This role suits someone with a five-star hospitality background and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within a five-star or fine dining environment.
• Strong leadership and team motivation abilities.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing and organising the daily operations of the Housekeeping Office.
• Handling all communication in and out of the Housekeeping Office.
• Acting as primary liaison between Housekeeping and other departments within the hotel, in addition to coordinating internal communications.
• Ordering Housekeeping supplies, keeping attendance records and preparing payroll reports as well as updating and maintaining all Housekeeping files and records.
