Job summary

NNCA LTD in the Midlands is seeking an empathetic evening care worker to support clients in their homes during 16:30–22:00 shifts. You will help with personal care, mobility, meals, and companionship, ensuring clients feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for at home.

Role requires a driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK; training, DBS checks, and career development opportunities are provided. Experience in home care is preferred, and the position is open to female applicants.

Qualifications

• Experience providing personal care in home or care settings
• Experience assisting mobility and transfers with safe use of care equipment
• Ability to maintain accurate care notes and report changes in client wellbeing
• Hold a valid driving licence and have access to your own car
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Availability to work evening shifts 16:30–22:00
• Role open to female applicants
• Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2/3 is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care during evening visits (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers and safe equipment use
• Prepare meals and support daily routines during evening visits
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients at home
• Maintain accurate care notes and report changes in wellbeing
