Job summary

NNCA LTD is a Midlands-based home care provider delivering personalised personal care and support services in clients’ homes and care settings. The role focuses on supporting clients during evening visits, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for at home.

A hands-on position requiring empathy, professionalism, and a calm, respectful approach. Responsibilities include personal care, mobility help, meal preparation, companionship, and accurate care notes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience providing personal care in home or care settings.
• Experience supporting client mobility and transfers, with safe use of care equipment.
• A valid driving licence and access to your own car.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Availability to work evening shifts from 16:30 to 22:00.
• This role is open to female applicants.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including washing, dressing, and toileting assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and safe use of equipment.
• Prepare meals and support daily routines during evening visits.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes.
• Maintain accurate care notes and report changes in client wellbeing.
