Job summary

NNCA LTD, a Midlands-based home care provider, is seeking an evening care worker to help clients feel safe and well cared for at home. You will provide personal care, assist with mobility, and support daily routines during 16:30 to 22:00 shifts.

Ideal candidates have experience in home or care settings, a driving licence, and eligibility to work in the UK. A Care Certificate or NVQ 2/3 is a plus; a full DBS check is offered at no cost.

Qualifications

• Previous experience providing personal care in home or care settings.
• Experience supporting client mobility and transfers, with safe use of care equipment.
• Experience maintaining accurate care notes and reporting changes in client wellbeing.
• A valid driving licence and access to your own car.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Availability to work evening shifts from 16:30 to 22:00.
• This role is open to female applicants.
• Holding a Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including washing, dressing, and toileting assistance
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and safe use of equipment
• Prepare meals and support daily routines during evening visits
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes
• Maintain accurate care notes and report changes in client wellbeing
