You will champion a high-performing kitchen culture, manage costs, and deliver guest-centric experiences in a world-class venue, with strong development and training opportunities.

Formación

• An experienced Head Chef with a strong background in premium restaurant, hotel, or fine dining environments.
• A passion for delivering outstanding food and guest experiences within a quality-led hospitality setting.
• Proven leadership skills with experience developing and motivating successful kitchen teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing food costs, stock control, and kitchen performance.

Responsabilidades

• Leading the evening kitchen operation of Elgar Restaurant, ensuring consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
• Creating and delivering seasonal menus that enhance the guest experience and complement the restaurant's premium pre-show offering.
• Inspiring, managing, and developing a talented brigade of 5 chefs, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing kitchen culture.
