Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Commis Chef to join the team at 22 Bishopsgate, The Market, operated by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection. You will work in a modern kitchen across restaurant, bar and street food concepts with a Monday to Friday schedule.

You will prepare dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients, uphold high standards of quality and hygiene, and develop culinary skills under senior chefs. Competitive pay up to £15.50 per hour applies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a strong Commis Chef ready for the next step.
• Experience working in a quality-focused restaurant, hospitality or catering environment.
• Passion for food, creativity and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
