Lidl GB is hiring a Warehouse Operative (Goods In) to help count, move, and process stock so deliveries reach customers on time. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly with a hands-on, team-focused approach.

We offer a 40-hour contract, shifts 13:00-21:00, and a benefits package including 30-35 days holiday pro rata, in-store discount, pension, enhanced family leave, and gym discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Great maths skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Confident working with moving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Carefully count, move, and store stock.
• Ensure stock is processed to high standards.
• Work in cold environments.
• Understand temperature compliance processes.
• Record incorrect deliveries accurately.
• Communicate clearly with your team.
• Maintain warehouse standards with a clean-as-you-go approach.
