Job summary

Lidl GB in the United Kingdom is hiring a Warehouse Operative to ensure our stores receive stock on time. You’ll handle picking, packing, and stock checks, working independently to move 2,000+ products to customers.

The role offers a 40-hour contract with a shift from 05:00 to 13:00, and pay ranging from £13.45 to £14.45 per hour, plus bank holiday and night enhancements and a benefits package including pension, holiday allowance, and discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive to meet goals and targets.
• Excellent attention to detail when working quickly.

Responsibilities

• Be a multitasker, listening to picking instructions through your headset.
• Pack a variety of products, including meat, fruit, frozen and chilled items.
• Ensure deliveries are stacked and secure.
• Report damaged items to your manager.
• Work through your orders independently.
