Job summary

Lidl GB in Southampton is recruiting a Warehouse Operative to ensure stores receive the right stock when needed. You’ll work through orders, pick products, and help with team tasks like checking stock, taking pride in keeping shelves stocked and ready for customers.

This 40-hour contract pays £13.80–£14.45 per hour, with £2.00 per hour extra on bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts, plus a benefits package including 30–35 days holiday (pro rata), 10% in-store discount, and a pension

Responsibilities

• Be a multitasker, listening to picking instructions through your headset and carry them out swiftly.
• Pack a variety of products, including meat, fruit, frozen and chilled items; premium payments for extreme temperatures.
• Make sure deliveries are stacked and secure.
• Report any damaged items to your manager.
• Independently work through your orders.
