Job summary

Lidl GB is looking for a Warehouse Operative (Goods In) to help keep our warehouse running smoothly. You’ll count, move, and prepare stock so deliveries reach customers accurately and on time.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, handling items from fresh produce to frozen goods. The role requires energy, attention to detail, and the ability to stay on your feet in a busy team setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Great maths skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Confident working with moving equipment.
• Self-motivation, a can-do attitude, and pride in a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Carefully count, move, and put away the full range of food and non-food products.
• Make sure the stock is processed accurately to the highest standards.
• Be happy to work in cold environments.
• Understand temperature compliance processes.
• Follow processes for recording incorrect deliveries.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with your teams.
• Help with team tasks and keep warehouse standards to the expected level, with a clean as you go attitude.
