Lidl GB in the United Kingdom is seeking a Warehouse Operative (Recycling) to help keep our warehouses running smoothly. The role offers £13.80-£14.45 per hour on a 35-hour contract, with a 14:00pm–21:30pm shift and pro rata holiday entitlement of 30–35 days.

Formación

• Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work with all stock types indoors, outdoors or in chilled areas.
• Ability to work independently, taking responsibility for tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Check vehicles into the recycling area.
• Process card, plastic, and food waste efficiently.
• Work with contractors and colleagues to keep collections on track.
• Update our Warehouse Management System (WMS) with pallet counts and report issues.
• Use machinery safely to move pallets and complete tasks.
• Support driver debriefs and check the outbound lanes to ensure pallets are in the right place.
• Help warehouse operations and keep standards high with a clean-as-you-go approach.
