Job summary

Vintage.com in Leeds is seeking a Facilities Operative on the late shift to keep our Overland Park site clean, safe and welcoming. You will manage restrooms, kitchens and shared spaces, ensuring they are stocked and ready for use throughout the shift.

The role is hands-on, requires moving around the site and working largely independently, with a 3pm-11pm timetable and a £26,250 salary plus late-shift allowance. Join a team that helps colleagues stay productive in a tidy, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, facilities or similar hands-on role.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in cleanliness.
• Able to organise and prioritise tasks.
• Reliable and proactive approach.
• Ability to follow cleaning, hygiene and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily cleaning across assigned areas, keeping workspaces clean, hygienic and ready for colleagues and visitors.
• Check high-traffic areas and respond quickly when additional cleaning is needed.
• Keep restrooms, kitchens and other shared facilities clean and ready to use throughout the day.
• Keep entrances and external areas clean, safe and well presented.
• Monitor and replenish soap, paper products and other hygiene essentials so facilities remain stocked.
• Sort and dispose of general waste and recycling correctly and in line with site procedures.
• Spot and report maintenance or equipment issues promptly to keep facilities safe.
