Job summary

Vintage.com is seeking a Facilities Operative (Cleaning) to keep our workplaces clean, safe and welcoming at Leeds sites. You’ll handle daily cleaning across offices, washrooms, kitchens and common areas, ensuring spaces are hygienic and well presented for colleagues and visitors.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you’ll work independently yet collaborate with teams, monitor stock, follow safety procedures, and raise issues promptly to help maintain a smoothly running, high‑standard

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, facilities or another hands-on role where maintaining high standards is important.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping spaces clean and well cared for.
• Ability to organise and prioritise tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Follow cleaning, hygiene and safety procedures consistently.
• Good communication and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily cleaning across assigned areas, keeping spaces hygienic and ready for colleagues and visitors.
• Check high-traffic areas and respond quickly to additional cleaning needs.
• Keep restrooms and kitchens clean and stocked throughout the day.
• Monitor stock and replenish soap and hygiene essentials.
• Build positive relationships with colleagues and respond to facilities needs.
