Trowers & Hamlins is seeking an experienced Document Production Specialist to join the Document Production Centre in Manchester. Working 20 hours per week, you will deliver accurate, high-quality document production services across the firm, ensuring efficiency and exceptional client service.

You will produce, amend and format complex legal documents, proofread for accuracy, create electronic bundles, manage competing priorities and work closely with fee earners to maintain a professional

Qualifications

• Previous document production experience.
• Typing speed of 60+ wpm.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Experience formatting complex legal documents.
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
