Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking Customer Delivery Drivers to bring groceries to customers’ homes. This role is about more than driving—delivering great service with a smile, handling orders, and staying organized on the road.

You’ll work independently with a supportive team, require a UK licence with up to 3 penalty points, and receive a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week, with some roles available at 12 hours.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence for at least 12 months, with no more than 3 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries to customers at their homes in a timely and courteous manner.
• Load the van safely and keep it clean and organized for every shift.
• Communicate clearly with customers about order changes, substitutions or short-dated items.
• Handle products with care to ensure orders arrive in perfect condition.
• Deliver within the customer’s chosen time slot and provide warm, natural service at the doorstep.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues to foster team spirit and high service standards.
