Job summary

Kingdom People Limited is recruiting for several Production Operatives in Blackburn (BB1) to join a leading confectionery manufacturer. The role involves assisting in the production process, ensuring products are made, quality checked and packed to food safety standards.

36 hours per week with evening shifts, paid £12.71 per hour rising to £12.90 after 12 weeks. Benefits include on-site parking, progression opportunities, occasional free food events, and support from an on-site team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production environment desirable but not essential.
• Able to work 8-hour shifts.
• Must be able to commute to Blackburn (BB1).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line machinery.
