Job summary

Kingdom People Limited is recruiting for several Production Operatives in Blackburn (BB1) to join a leading confectionery manufacturer. The role involves assisting in the production process, ensuring products are made, quality checked and packed to food safety standards.

Qualifications

Previous Experience Desirable But Not Essential

Evenings- Monday to Thursday 1450pm-2300pm and Friday 1200pm-1800pm

Full time role totals 36 hours per week

The role will involve assisting in the production process, ensuring that products are made, quality checked and packed according to food safety and quality standards.

The Role

Production Operatives will be expected to do the following tasks (list is not exhaustive):

• Operating production line machinery


• Ensuring the quality and safety of food products


• Packaging finished products


• Following strict hygiene and safety regulations


• Monitoring production processes


• Reporting issues to team leader


• Manual handling will be required


• Checking the product matches the packaging


• Filling in paperwork if required


• Quality control of products


• Following site rules and procedures

Requirements

Production Operatives ideally need to fulfil the following requirements:
