Job summary

Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Community Nursing Assistant for the evening shift (17:00–22:00) to support Registered Nurses and deliver care across Leeds. The role involves travel between sites, rota-based evenings, and contributing to patient care in the community.

You'll be part of a team with access to training, clinical supervision, and peer support. Driving licence and vehicle are required, and sponsoring is not offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Strong organisational abilities and IT proficiency expected.
• Full driving licence and a vehicle suitable for work are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Support the Registered Nurse and respond to intervention call outs between 17:00 and 22:00.
• May work with a colleague to visit patients and deliver planned care.
• Be flexible to work a rota across seven evenings per week, 365 days a year.
