Job summary

Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust is offering a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse role delivering IV therapies across Leeds in patients’ homes and clinic settings. You will join a small, experienced CIVAS team, managing your own caseload with strong communication with colleagues.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. The service operates seven days a week, with shifts 8am-4pm and 11am-7pm, totaling 37.5 hours per week on a permanent contract.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialist IV therapy care to patients across Leeds in home and clinic settings.
• Undertake comprehensive, holistic patient assessments to ensure safe, effective care.
• Administer intravenous medications and manage peripheral venous cannulas, monitoring therapeutic response.
