The post operates Monday to Friday, 13:00–20:00, at Malton Base, within the Trust’s Facilities Management Team. The role requires a team player with a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills.
• Ability to lift items and operate cleaning machinery as per schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness in designated wards/areas according to the work schedule.
• Undertaking specialist cleaning under supervision.
• Assisting with distribution of meals to wards.
• Plating meals to meet dietary requirements of patients.
• Making and refilling hot drinks and water jugs.
