Job summary

Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust is seeking an Ancillary Service Premise Cleaner for Maltby Ambulance Station. The role involves cleaning, decontamination and maintaining cleanliness across multiple areas in a dynamic 24/7 emergency service environment.

The successful candidate will complete a basic PCA prior to offer, read the attached job description, and provide detailed experience in the Supporting Information section to match the person specification.

Responsibilities

• Station/Site Cleaning: undertake cleaning, decontamination and related tasks to meet high cleanliness and infection prevention standards.
• Work in line with Trust Cleaning Protocols, procedures and daily schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness across entrances, washrooms, kitchens, canteens, gym, showers, offices and other areas.
• Ensure stock levels of cleaning materials and record daily activities; handle urgent spills and ad-hoc cleaning as required.
• Use basic IT for emails and timesheets.
