Job summary

Equipment Sales & Service Limited is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Chef Supervisor to lead our evening catering operation. This hands-on role focuses on delivering great food and exceptional customer service while guiding the team through busy shifts.

You’ll supervise, prepare and serve fresh meals, manage stock and stock takes, handle cashing up and financial controls, and ensure food safety and health & safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary or food preparation experience within a catering, hospitality, or food service environment.
• Experience supervising or managing a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Organised, reliable, and confident making decisions independently.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating the evening catering team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Preparing and serving fresh food to customers while maintaining high food quality standards.
